Introduction
Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022 implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
The provisions concerning the accessibility of services apply from 28 June 2025.
The Good Vibes Company S.r.l. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its services in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 and the AgID Guidelines on the Accessibility of Services, Version 1.0 of 4 March 2026. This Accessibility Statement applies to the service provided through the website https://www.goovi.com/ and describes how the service meets the applicable accessibility requirements under Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 and the AgID Guidelines on the Accessibility of Services, Version 1.0 of 4 March 2026.

How our website fulfills accessibility requirements
The service is designed and provided taking into account the applicable accessibility requirements set out in Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 and its Annex I, as well as the AgID Guidelines on the Accessibility of Services, Version 1.0 of 4 March 2026.
In particular, the service is designed and provided so as to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, taking into account the needs of persons with different types of disabilities and, where applicable, ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies.
In particular, measures are adopted to ensure that:
- information relating to the service is made available in accessible formats and, where necessary, can be perceived through more than one sensory channel;
- interfaces and functionalities of the service can be used by users, including through assistive technologies;
- information, instructions and operating procedures relating to the service are understandable;
- the service is compatible with a wide range of assistive technologies and its functionalities can be used without the technologies adopted preventing access to content or interaction with the service;
- the electronic information necessary to use the service is made available in a consistent and appropriate manner.
For services provided through websites, online applications or mobile applications, the relevant functionalities are designed, where applicable, to allow navigation and interaction by means of a keyboard and assistive technologies and to ensure that content is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
Accessibility is assessed with reference to the applicable requirements of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 and, with regard to the technical aspects of web content, to EN 301 549 v.3.2.1 (2021-03) and the relevant WCAG 2.1 success criteria, where applicable.
Compliance status
The service, provided through the website https://www.goovi.com/, is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 and its Annex I. With regard to the accessibility of web content, the assessment has been carried out with reference to EN 301 549 v.3.2.1 (2021-03) and the relevant WCAG 2.1 success criteria, where applicable. The status of partial compliance is due to the cases of non-compliance and/or applicable exemptions described below. The Good Vibes Company S.r.l. is working together with its suppliers to identify and implement corrective measures aimed at progressively improving the accessibility of the service and achieving full compliance with the applicable requirements.
Non-accessible content
The following content and functionalities present elements of non-compliance with the applicable technical accessibility requirements:
- On single pages there are images without captions. It is difficult to navigate to the images with screen readers.
- There are links without link text on all pages.
- On all pages, the contrast between text and background is too low.
- On single pages there are 'iframe' elements without labelling. Navigation with screen readers to the iframes is difficult.
- On a page, the language stored in HTML does not match the page language.
- There are form fields without a label on several pages. It is difficult to navigate to the form fields with screen readers.
- There are headings on a page that have no caption or contain the aria-hidden attribute and are therefore not accessible to screen readers.
- There is an 'iframe' element on a page whose label has already been assigned. If the elements cannot be clearly assigned, screen reader users may confuse the elements.
- On several pages there are scrollable elements that cannot be scrolled with the keyboard. This makes it difficult for users of assistive technologies to grasp the whole page.
- There are interactive elements on all pages whose names are not part of the caption. This makes it difficult to control the website using voice control.
- There are lists on many pages that contain elements that do not belong in lists. As a result, the lists may not be output correctly by assistive technologies.
Technical references
The accessibility assessment of web content has been carried out, where applicable, with reference to EN 301 549 v.3.2.1 (2021-03), including the relevant WCAG 2.1 success criteria.
Future developments and maintenance activities may also take into account WCAG 2.2 as an evolving technical reference, without prejudice to the applicable legal and technical framework.

This Accessibility Statement was last verified on 24/09/2026. This Accessibility Statement will be reviewed following material changes to the service, applicable accessibility requirements or technologies used and, in any event, at appropriate intervals to ensure that it remains up to date.
The Good Vibes Company S.r.l. is working with its suppliers to implement the necessary measures to progressively improve the accessibility of the service. As part of this process, The Good Vibes Company S.r.l. has implemented the Eye-Able SaaS solution provided by Web Inclusion GmbH.
Eye-Able provides tools that support the analysis of individual pages of the website in order to identify potential digital accessibility barriers and provide information and possible remediation suggestions. The solution also provides functionalities aimed at supporting users in navigating and interacting with digital content. The company may take WCAG 2.2 into account for future code developments and maintenance activities, without prejudice to the applicable legal and technical requirements.
