Every morning, combine the contents of the packet with:
- 250 g cow milk or Greek yoghurt with no added sugars;
- 150 g cow milk ricotta cheese;
- or 200 ml vegetable milk (rice or almond).

You can also add fresh seasonal fruit.

hemp seeds

Hemp seeds are a real superfood. More than fibre, potassium, fatty acids, thiamin (vitamin B1), magnesium and iron, they also contain all the essential amino acids for the synthesis of proteins that our body needs.

pumpkin seeds

Rich in minerals such as magnesium, zinc and selenium, pumpkin seeds are considered genuine natural dietary supplements. Plus, the presence of natural fatty acids like omega-3 ensures the body a refreshing sense of well-being.

sunflower seeds

Rich in vitamins, magnesium, zinc, omega-3 and selenium, sunflower seeds are beneficial all throughout the day. During the day they are a source of energy and can replace less nutritious snacks. In the evening they have a calming and relaxing effect.

buckwheat

Buckwheat is rich in protein, mineral salts and B vitamins. It is excellent for the cardiovascular system, and it helps to lower cholesterol and combat cellular ageing thanks to the presence of lysine and rutin.

Unleash your culinary creativity with our breakfast mix. Sweet and savory recipes will help you to start the day off in the best way, with a tasty breakfast that packs the right amount of energy!

Day 1

Ingredients (for 1 person):
  • 1 sachet (33.2 g) of Goovi breakfast mix
  • 1 ripe banana (100 g) or 1 teaspoon of honey
  • blueberries (100 g) or other seasonal fruit (100 g , cut into small pieces)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • full-fat cow's milk or soy yoghurt (125 g) or ricotta (100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of Vegetable Gold - Omega, Omega, Omega!

Preparation
  • cut the banana into rounds and arrange at the bottom of bowl. Sprinkle the lemon juice on top of the banana
  • pour in the Goovi breakfast mix and add blueberries
  • add the yoghurt to the bowl containing the fruit with the Goovi breakfast mix, and mix everything together well, with 1 teaspoon of Vegetable Gold - Omega, Omega, Omega!

Day 2

Ingredients (for 1 person):
  • 1 sachet (33.2 g) of Goovi breakfast mix
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 15/ 20 g of pure cacao nibs
  • ricotta (100 g) or full-fat cow's milk or soy yoghurt (125 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of Vegetable Gold - Omega, Omega, Omega!

Preparation
  • place the ricotta in a bowl and add honey
  • add the Goovi breakfast mix and the cacao nibs, and mix well with 1 teaspoon of Vegetable Gold - Omega, Omega, Omega!
  • enjoy with a glass of pomegranate or purple carrot juice

Day 3

Ingredients (for 1 person):
  • 1 sachet (33.2 g) of Goovi breakfast mix
  • 300 ml of almond milk or other plant milk
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 25 g of berry compote with no added sugar
  • 15 g of agave syrup

Preparation
  • Mix the agave syrup with the sugar-free berry compote and spread on the slice of rye bread
  • Pour the almond milk into a bowl, and add the Goovi breakfast mix

Day 4

Ingredients (for 1 person):
  • 1 sachet (33.2 g) of Goovi breakfast mix
  • 250 ml of rice milk or other plant milk
  • 2 wholegrain rice cakes 
  • 25 g of apple compote with no added sugar
  • 15 g of agave syrup

Preparation
  • Mix the agave syrup with the no added sugar apple compote and spread the mixture on the wholegrain rice cake
  • Pour the rice milk into a bowl, and add the Goovi breakfast mix

Day 5

Ingredients (for 2 people):
  • 2 sachets (33.2 g each) of Goovi breakfast mix
  • 300 g of courgette
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spoonful of grated Grana Padano cheese
  • 50-75 g of full-fat ricotta
  • 1 handful of chives
  • Vegetable Gold - Omega, Omega, Omega! or extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 slices of 4-grain bread per portion

Preparation
  • Mix the Goovi breakfast mix into the omelette mixture
  • Place the slices of 4-grain bread on the plate, and top with the hot omelette

Day 6

Ingredients (for 1 person):
Preparation
  • Add the honey to the berry compote, and spread onto the wholegrain spelt cake
  • Add the Goovi breakfast mix to the wholegrain spelt cake
  • Heat 200 ml of water (without boiling), add 4 g of Infusion with prebiotic Inulin – My Gold Elixir to the water and stir until fully dissolved
  • Enjoy with a glass of organic fig juice

Day 7

Ingredients (for 1 person):
  • 1 sachet (33.2 g) of Goovi breakfast mix
  • ½ apple
  • 1 large purple carrot
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • ricotta  (100 g)
  • whole salt, to taste
  • parsley, to taste

Preparation
  • Cut the apple and purple carrot into pieces
  • Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt
  • Pour the Goovi breakfast mix into the bowl
  • Add the ricotta to the mixture and mix well
  • Add a handful of parsley
