Right of withdrawal
If you change your mind after placing an order on Goovi and you no longer wish to receive the goods, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as stipulated by article 52 of the Consumers' Code. Contact our Customer Service
centre, with your order code at hand, and one of our operators will assist you for any withdrawal transaction.
If you need to return the goods you received, contact Customer Service
with your order code at hand: we'll take care of checking what happened and the necessary conditions for activating the returns process on your behalf. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The seller provides the possibility to collect the product via a courier, directly to the address indicated by the customer, with a cost of € 7.00 for Italy and € 18.00 for all other European countries, which will be deducted from the total amount of the repayment.
You've returned the goods and you're waiting for a refund? Here's some information for you:
- the refund procedure is activated immediately by Customer Service as soon as the goods are returned;
- refunds are usually made using the same method you used for payment: for example, if you paid by bank transfer, your account will be credited the same amount;
• Refunds usually takes place within 14 days (in case of withdrawal) from the sending of the Order Confirmation and 30 days (in case of partial reimbursement for the unavailability of one or more products) from the receipt of the Notice of withdrawal.
