Found in plant-based foods such as pulses (e.g. peas and chickpeas), cereals (e.g. rice), seitan, soy, dried fruit, etc. Useful to maintain muscle mass.
INSTRUCTIONS: dissolve 26 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water, stir well until the powder is fully dissolved and take once a day.
