What is it

CERAMOSIDESTM delivers new ceramides to the skin via the blood vessels, so that it becomes plumper and more hydrated.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day, on a full stomach, swallowed with plenty of water. In the case of prolonged exposure to sunlight, it is recommended to start taking the supplement 20-30 days before exposure to the sun.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
