Melatonin
is a hormone that is naturally produced by the pineal gland (a gland in the brain). It works to regulate the sleep-wake cycle; when it is dark, the pineal gland produces more melatonin, whereas when it is light, melatonin production decreases, allowing the body to get ready to stay awake.
It is recommended to take one gummy per day.
