camomile
Camomile is a plant with anti-inflammatory properties that soothes the digestive system and also contributes to regular intestinal motility and the elimination of gases. In addition, thanks to its action as an antispasmodic, it favours muscle relaxation and therefore helps improve sleep and provide a feeling of calm and well-being.
Cranberry
Cranberry is an intense red berry that grows completely in North America, Northern Europe and in the less warm countries of South America. Several publications in international scientific journals attribute to cranberry the beneficial property, including the one on the urinary tract, where it is useful to maintain physiological levels of microbial load and to discourage the onset of the possibility of attacks by some bacteria.
D-Mannose
D-Mannose is a natural monosaccharide, or a simple sugar. It has no contraindications, is not metabolized by our body, does not make you fat and does not raise blood sugar, reaching the urinary tract without alteration. It is precisely from the moment it arrives in the bladder that it has its beneficial effect: it opposes the adhesion of harmful bacteria to the wall of the bladder and promotes its elimination in the urine. Once ingested, d-mannose is expelled via the urine directly after about sixty minutes.
